Tod has served clients for over three decades as a CPA and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Tod’s primary role is to assist clients with making educated and informed wealth management and life decisions. A secondary role is mentoring and developing our team to provide “True Wealth Management” with coordinated investment and tax strategies.

With a rich professional history, Tod started his career in 1985 with the “Big Eight” international CPA firm Arthur Andersen, founded (1992) and merged (2020) the CPA firm Cottrill Arbutina & Associates, and created our Registered Investment Advisor, Three Cord True Wealth Management in 2021. He holds a bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. Tod's commitment to excellence is further underscored by the Benjamin Franklin Entrepreneurship Award he received in 2008 from the Beaver County Foundation.

Tod is a lifelong resident of Beaver with his wife Tawnya, sons Cole and Reed, and dog Mac. Tod enjoys traveling with his wife, long weekends at their Deep Creek, MD home and time with their extended family and friends. His current most important professional aspiration is incorporating his recently obtained Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®) designation into a practice niche with Mandy Albanese at Three Cord.
